Bump tiller version to 2.7.2 in armada.handlers.tiller

This bumps the version used in the Armada Tiller handler (used
for metadata purposes) to 2.7.2 to be consistent with ucp-integration:
82f0312ffa/manifests/basic_ucp/deploy_ucp.sh (L103)
