Adding said label, that's already defined, to the deployment itself. This will enable Armada itself to properly wait for certain percentages of the deployment replicas to be ready prior to proceeding. Prior to this change, there wasn't a way to select the Armada deployment via labels. Change-Id: I3d36566b100b15d58a5152c8559e9becf1b3be00
