Subject: [PATCH 102/108] qemu: Do not pass negative ncpus to
virCapabilitiesClearHostNUMACellCPUTopology
It won't cause any harm as cpus is NULL when we pass a negative ncpus,
but doing so when the function expects unsigned value is not right.
