This got announced on the ML at 2016-01-13 with subject
"[openstack-dev] [nova][bugs] nova-bugs-team IRC meeting"

Due to other meeting which merged since the announcement,
this patch set proposes now:
    Tuesday  1000 UTC  #openstack-meeting-4  beweekly-odd
    Tuesday  1800 UTC  #openstack-meeting-4  beweekly-even
