Update the Glare team meeting chair

Since Mike has been actively leading Artifacts meetings for past few
weeks, I (Nikhil) can relieve myself from this responsiblity and focus
on other things. I still plan to be around in the meetings and other
work but won't be officially responsible chair from now on.

Thanks again, Mike, for your excellent work on this project and leading
us.
