Update murano meeting time

This week a Murano contributor asked to revise
the Murano meeting to one hour earlier to make it easier
for he and his colleagues to attend the meeting [0].

This review will be used to iron out a new time for the
murano meeting in order to bolster meeting attendance and
accomodate more people who would like to attend.
