Correct an error in how third party meetings are communicated. The meetings are for third party content, not a subset. Also the agreed upon symbols are third not 3rd. Additionally add a link to the meeting agenda. Change-Id: I4a0b155590fc086f3c9f09e512cc7304154a0ab5
