Use vim-enhanced on centos
Turns out vim-minimal is so minimal it does not install the vim symlink. vim-enhanced does - and has the added benefit of not instaling gnome libs. Change-Id: I3f13c84dc1aacc42cf6ada119d8ea5d2ff5a5dd0
