Update docs for adding channels to meet/statusbots
We've moved the long list of channels for statusbot and meetbot (logging) into the hiera/common.yaml file, updating the documentation accordingly. Change-Id: I2337de6c82a24fabe0d428ba3a7f40c8d41a62c8
