Mirror opensuse emergency update channel
With $DIB_DISTRIBUTION_MIRROR being set, it expects an update channel for tumbleweed distribution as well. Given that there is an emergency update channel (that is usually empty), we can use that one to resolve issues with the nodepool image building. Change-Id: I5f786d16f26bfb836d37a740f8490d81076cdfbb
