The process to add new projects to gerrit has changed since the docs were originaly written and they need an update. Add steps for zuul, use review.o.o instead of gerrit.o.o, and don't set shared=group when running `git init` for the local git replicas. These are a set of puppet manifests and modules that are currently being used to manage the OpenStack CI infrastructure.
The main entry point is in manifests/site.py.
In general, most of the modules here are designed to be able to be run either in agent or apply mode.
These puppet modules require puppet 2.7 or greater. Additionally, the site.pp manifest assumes the existence of hiera.
