Move the toctree from the HOWTOs sidebar on the front page to a hidden toctree after the main toctree. Create manual links to the HOWTOs docs in the sidebar. This fixes the fact that the "next" link in the docs navigated to one of the sidebars first, instead of the introductory "Infrastructure Project" doc, while keeping those sidebars in the toctree navigation so if someone reads the docs straight through they get every page. These are a set of puppet manifests and modules that are currently being used to manage the OpenStack Project infrastructure.
The main entry point is in manifests/site.pp.
In general, most of the modules here are designed to be able to be run either in agent or apply mode.
These puppet modules require puppet 2.7 or greater. Additionally, the site.pp manifest assumes the existence of hiera.
