Ian Wienand 458a06da8f reprepro: stop mirroring ubuntu-ports Xenial 
We are no longer building or supporting ARM64 Xenial so do not need
this in the mirror.

Install reprepo configuration for configuring various repositories. Note that this role is only intended to be called from the mirror-update role.
