Jeremy Stanley b3794ea1d5 Use magic domain guessing in Mailman 3 
Setting SITE_ID=0 in settings.py is a signal to Postorius and
Hyperkitty that they should guess the domain and filter lists based
on the hostname supplied by the browser:
