Sean Dague 2a153b217d xmllint prints to stdout, fix script to handle that 
xmllint actually prints to stdout, so we need to catch and redirect
output to make this work. Updated to put the content in target
so the ftp job can pick it up cleanly.

These are a set of puppet manifests and modules that are currently being used to manage the OpenStack CI infrastructure.

The main entry point is in manifests/site.py.

In general, most of the modules here are designed to be able to be run either in agent or apply mode.

These puppet modules require puppet 2.7 or greater. Additionally, the site.pp manifest assumes the existence of hiera.
