This commit adds a logging configuration file for jenkins so that we can persist the jenkins logger configuration across restarts. This commit also adds a logger configuration, "org.gearman.session.logger" to "WARNING" Change-Id: I4cf886a93f33bd153a6e3f81534df582425bd8f5
