Roman Podolyaka 39efd824b8 Move sa-migrate experimental jobs to check/gate

These jobs have been tested in the experimental queue
for change I8c5d2874c83e7df46da69969ed54d85437c849e7
Now when we know they actually work, we can add them
to check/gate queues to be executed for all new changes
submitted to sqlalchemy-migrate.

These are a set of puppet manifests and modules that are currently being used to manage the OpenStack Project infrastructure.

The main entry point is in manifests/site.pp.

In general, most of the modules here are designed to be able to be run either in agent or apply mode.

These puppet modules require puppet 2.7 or greater. Additionally, the site.pp manifest assumes the existence of hiera.
