Jeremy Stanley 7e21aab06a Fix periodic devstack stable job branches.
* .../jenkins_job_builder/config/devstack-gate.yaml: Update the
periodic-tempest-devstack-vm-.*stable.* jobs to be consistent with the
GERRIT_BRANCH->ZUUL_BRANCH envvar change introduced by earlier
gerrit-git-prep removal work [ https://review.openstack.org/12023 ].

These are a set of puppet manifests and modules that are currently being used to manage the OpenStack CI infrastructure.

The main entry point is in manifests/site.py.

In general, most of the modules here are designed to be able to be run either in agent or apply mode.

These puppet modules require puppet 2.7 or greater. Additionally, the site.pp manifest assumes the existence of hiera.
