stephane 923a7484e6 Upgrade wildfly puppet module

We are currently on version 0.1.7 of the Wildfly puppet module. The
latest tagged release is 0.2.1. Since we aren't using wildfly
elsewhere at the moment, upgrade the module. (See related commit
I9f38b9425696ba9f955f9719f64992314316e83e)

Puppet Modules

These are a set of puppet manifests and modules that are currently being used to manage the OpenStack Project infrastructure.

The main entry point is in manifests/site.pp.

In general, most of the modules here are designed to be able to be run either in agent or apply mode.

These puppet modules require puppet 2.7 or greater. Additionally, the site.pp manifest assumes the existence of hiera.
