Create a new project under openstack-infra for the zmq-event-publisher Jenkins plugin. We are actually beginning to use this plugin for logstash so it should follow our normal processes for code review and merging. The gearman-plugin project uses the same sort of build and package steps so these Jenkins jobs have been converted to a set of templates in a job group that both plugins can use. These are a set of puppet manifests and modules that are currently being used to manage the OpenStack Project infrastructure.
The main entry point is in manifests/site.pp.
In general, most of the modules here are designed to be able to be run either in agent or apply mode.
These puppet modules require puppet 2.7 or greater. Additionally, the site.pp manifest assumes the existence of hiera.
