Jeremy Stanley bc247565f4 Pin paho-mqtt to 1.2.3 on the puppetmaster
The new paho-mqtt 1.3.0 release brings
https://github.com/eclipse/paho.mqtt.python/commit/0a8cccc which
prevents its use on Ubuntu Trusty's default Python interpreter.
Until we upgrade to a newer Python there, stay on paho-mqtt 1.2.3 so
that the MQTT callback plugin for Ansible will remain functional.

Puppet Modules

These are a set of puppet manifests and modules that are currently being used to manage the OpenStack Project infrastructure.

The main entry point is in manifests/site.pp.

In general, most of the modules here are designed to be able to be run either in agent or apply mode.

These puppet modules require puppet 2.7 or greater. Additionally, the site.pp manifest assumes the existence of hiera.

See http://docs.openstack.org/infra/system-config for more information.
