Marton Kiss d85c1e9e67 Resolve commons_activity_streams errors

The commons_activity_streams_message_access_alter hook was not
checking for empty arrays, and throw a ton of notice and
warning messages.

Prerequisites

drush 7.x-5.8
LAMP environment capable of running Drupal 7.x

Build distribution

Run the following command to build the distribution:

$ drush make build-groups.make groups-dev.local
