Remove outdated bifrost-setup-nodes role
Removing role that is no longer utilized in bifrost, as node deployment is now handled by the bifrost-deploy-nodes-dynamic role. Change-Id: Icd0867d95bef0c4fa06f1e9a6c2d9e3b0c9e40a9
