Dmitry Tantsur 2fe879dd0d Fix the CI on CentOS 9 ...

* Prefer modern SSH key algorithms
* Generate an ECDSA key if Cirros is used
* Always resolve symlinks when copying logs

Remove all previous work-arounds.
