Julia Kreger fd36747653 Fix boolean conditionals for Ansible 2.0 with git repo copies ... Repository copies were failing on Ansible 2.0 due to the conditional include containing an or statement with shorthand boolean true statements. This apparently is problematic, and adding the longer conditional expression worked as expected. Additionally, this commit serves as a canary for an upcoming python-ironicclient change listed as depends-on.
