They are broken after setup.cfg changes have been done to projects.

     * CentOS Stream 8, RHEL 8 and derivatives.
     * OpenSUSE Leap 15 (all minor versions).
     * Debian 10 "Buster".
     * Ubuntu 18.04 "Bionic".
