Dmitry Tantsur d45e6c49e7 Change the machine type to q35 to support UEFI on CentOS ...

It's newer and supports OVMF firmware with secure boot enabled,
allowing us to add a UEFI CentOS 8 job.

Amend the previously created release notes.
