James Page 272e9e85bf Resync charmhelpers

This picks up a change in charm-helpers to re-add the
source of /etc/network/interfaces.d/* that Juju drops
from /etc/network/interfaces, supporting the use of
a Juju created bridge for north/south traffic routing.

Overview

This directory provides Amulet tests to verify basic deployment functionality from the perspective of this charm, its requirements and its features, as exercised in a subset of the full OpenStack deployment test bundle topology.
