Josephine Seifert cbd1d046a7 Spec for the Cinder part of Image Encryption ...

We want to propose Image Encryption for Openstack, which would affect Cinder,
but also Nova and Glance. This spec contains the details of the Cinder part
for the Image Encryption. The transformations from image to volume and from
volume to image are discussed.
