Remove deprecated vars

These have been emitting deprecated warnings for over a full release cycle:
Q_AGENT_EXTRA_AGENT_OPTS, Q_AGENT_EXTRA_SRV_OPTS, CINDER_MULTI_LVM_BACKEND
