Remove Quantum V1 support
The update includes the following: 1. Removal of melange support (this is replaced by Quantum) 2. Removal of Quantum V1 support. This is all now pure V2. Change-Id: Ief3982fe8fa7402eef5db3e115df741c2cc9f4d1
