Subject: [PATCH] Fix defaulting of REMOTE_CEPH

A typo in lib/ceph was causing REMOTE_CEPH to be defaulted whenever
lib/ceph was sourced, regardless of its existing value. The
`trueorfalse` function takes a variable name as its second argument,
not a value.
