Ghanshyam Mann 02da0c40f9 Add focal nodeset 
This commit adds the focal nodeset for
multinode so that those can be used for
projects side jobs or testing.

We need to define these as first step to avoid
any conflict on nodeset name if project started
defining these.
Example: three node focal nodeset is already
defined in x/tobiko, fixing the same in depends on.
