Pino Toscano f91df5dfc6 redhat-common: rename 01-clean-old-kernels.sh to drop .sh extension ...

dib-run-parts filters the acceptable characters in script names,
and "." is not allowed (see $allowed_regex there), so
01-clean-old-kernels.sh is never executed.

Rename it to drop its .sh extension, so it is executed for real.
