Remove deprecated [deploy]erase_devices_iterations

The configuration option [deploy]/erase_devices_iterations was
deprecated in the Newton cycle (6.0.0). It is no longer supported.
The option [deploy]/shred_random_overwrite_iterations should be
used instead.
