Fix new codespell issues; tweak config
Configuration was fine for the gate, but I've updated it to ignore directories and files that can be found in a well-used development checkout. Fixed any new spelling issues. Change-Id: Icef5addba938b27911c26e841a37a2e9ba3fbe43
