There was a bug discovered in ImcSdk 0.7.1 with the SSL handshake that caused problems when running Ironic for longer periods of time, this patch changes the required version to the latest version of the ImcSdk which contains a fix for this issue. Change-Id: I7665e953b73ed83d5fb5d8adfbed5b3647e5ed48 Closes-Bug: #1508849
