'CoreOS deploy kernel' and 'CoreOS deploy ramdisk' have the
wrong urls. Actually, their urls should use the url of each other.
'kernel' should be linked to file 'coreos_production_pxe.vmlinuz'
and 'ramdisk' to file 'coreos_production_pxe_image-oem.cpio.gz'.
