Vasyl Saienko e48375538c Add Ironic standalone tests
This patch adds the following standalone tests:

  * agent_ipmitool + wholedisk image + bios
  * agent_ipmitool + partitioned image + bios
  * pxe_ipmitool + wholedisk image + bios
  * pxe_ipmitool + partitioned image + bios
