This now appears to need more then the bios jobs. A recent update to one of the components of the tiny IPA image appears to have increased the requirements. Change-Id: Ia38ab45d0b1d7f7c57a2be71cf290de02ab86e6f Story: 2004355 Task: 27954

Overview
Ironic consists of an API and plug-ins for managing and provisioning physical machines in a security-aware and fault-tolerant manner. It can be used with nova as a hypervisor driver, or standalone service using bifrost. By default, it will use PXE and IPMI to interact with bare metal machines. Ironic also supports vendor-specific plug-ins which may implement additional functionality.
