pytz will be removed from RHEL/CentOS 10 because of the built-in zoneinfo[1]. Because the current usage of pytz can be very easily replaced, this removes the dependency on pytz. [1] https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHEL-219 Change-Id: Ia72c528eadeccf6075894ff58477fecade65ad71

Overview
Ironic consists of an API and plug-ins for managing and provisioning physical machines in a security-aware and fault-tolerant manner. It can be used with nova as a hypervisor driver, or standalone service using bifrost. By default, it will use PXE and IPMI to interact with bare metal machines. Ironic also supports vendor-specific plug-ins which may implement additional functionality.
