Julia Kreger 4775fb3d92 Devstack: don't scan /opt, /etc looking for isolinux ...

/opt contains a mirror of an insane amount of stuff, and it chews
disk io to scan it looking for isolinux.bin which should be under
/usr on... well... every OS we support.

Also, don't scan /etc. That is just weird.
