Vasyl Saienko fae3493ed1 Fix signature for request method 
New param was introduced to request method by [0]
It leads to broken jobs, because ironic redefines this method.
Replace arguments by *args, **kwargs to do not depend on signature.

Ironic tempest plugin

This directory contains Tempest tests to cover the Ironic project, as well as a plugin to automatically load these tests into tempest.
