Dmitry Tantsur fcb6a1096f Cache AgentClient on Task, not globally ...

In order to avoid potential cache coherency issues
when using a globally cached AgentClient, e.g. with
TSL certificates from the IPA, cache the AgentClient
on a per task basis.
