Kayobe provides support for setting arbitrary sysctls on hosts. These should be persistent, but the configuration file used (/etc/sysctl.d/kayobe) does not have the required .conf extension, so the file is ignored. This change adds a .conf suffix to make the file /etc/sysctl.d/kayobe.conf. Change-Id: I222250a91bc28aed9577293534cf481579992f52 Story: 2002972 Task: 22980
