Generate image dependencies on CLI

Using the new --list-dependencies flag, one can query dependencies for a
given filter. For example:

./build.py --list-dependencies heat swift

                                             'heat-api-cfn',
                                             'heat-api']},

Also added --list-images to list all available images.
