Éric Lemoine 7a9257b482 Use use_forwarded_for in manila config ... In https://review.openstack.org/#/c/286876 the use_forwarded_for option was removed from the Manila configuration. Manila does support that option so it should be kept for logs to include the appropriate clien IP address.
