The default connection limits for backends is 2000 however, mariadb defaults to a max of 10000 conections, therefore changing this limit to match the mariadb limit. 'haproxy_max_connections' also needs to be bumped for this to work. Change-Id: I5ded328485855f3f3d4390282040b0d89d08d997

Kolla-Ansible deploys OpenStack services and infrastructure components in Docker containers.
Kolla's mission statement is:
To provide production-ready containers and deployment tools for operating
OpenStack clouds.Kolla is highly opinionated out of the box, but allows for complete customization. This permits operators with little experience to deploy OpenStack quickly and as experience grows modify the OpenStack configuration to suit the operator's exact requirements.
