Sam Yaple 9f5edb4afc Remove CONFIG_STRATEGY prefix
We no longer have CONFIG_INTERNAL and moving forward CONFIG_STRATEGY
infront of COPY_ALWAYS or COPY_ONCE will just lead to confusion.
