Steven Dake 794a814275 Make a demo for Magnum
Make a Magnum demonstration that creates a baymodel and bay.  Just
run demos/magnum/launch to make it work.  This depends on Neutron.

Borrow the v1beta3 redis example from the examples repository in
Kubernetes.
